Accommodating faculties, vocational schools and institutes all in one place, the campus is a huge educational complex that includes 188 classrooms with a capacity of 8324 students, 27 laboratories, 41 workshops, 13 sports facilities designed for different sports branches, open air amphitheaters with 8 thousand seat capacity, 4 thousand square meters of film and television plateaus, 7 conference halls, a hotel and a library.

Marmara Education Village, which is located on a 1000-decare land among the pine forests, hosts around 750 activities every year with its facilities designed for education, research and social activities and offers its students a vibrant university life at world standards.
The campus also includes areas such as dormitories, dining halls, restaurants, cafeterias, laundry, Health Center, hairdresser, Blueprint, ATMs, markets, exhibition areas, museum and dance, fitness, gymnasiums, walking paths where students can meet their basic and social needs.
You can easily travel to our campus, which is located in Maltepe, in the Asian Side of Istanbul, by taking IETT buses that depart from different points of the city and arrive Marmara Education Village Stop. For in-campus transportation, you can take the rings. -
Adopting as the fundamental principle of “Easy, rapid and unlimited access to the information”, the Library and Education Center of Maltepe University serves as a bridge between information and user by means of advanced technological possibilities and the staff who are open for communication, informative and enthusiast as well as updated and rich collection and helps you to access safe and accurate information at the earliest.
Thanks to the dynamic printed and electronic collection, strong technological infrastructure, +150 database and almost 200.000 printed books submitted to the users, our Library and Information Center has all current resources for our students.
The library also includes a special section that includes the collection of rare books and private donations (Prof. Dr. Nermi Uygur Library, Linguist Halidun - Seba Şen Library, Armağan Yüksel Library, Prof. Dr. Erkut Special Architecture Library, Nail Güreli Library, Arif Hikmet Par Library).
"Official Newspaper Archive and Code since 1941" is open to users in the periodical publication section. Hardcover 1008 magazines, subscribed national and international 167 magazines and 2155 magazine titles are shelved alphabetically in the Open Shelf Layout in the Periodicals Section. There is a total of 29 database subscriptions of one e-book (Ebrary) subscription, full-text, abstract, e-reference and bibliographic.
Our academic staff could easily access to all academic publications through Institutional Academic Archive.
Our printed and electronic collections have been continuously renewed and updated.
Thanks to the intelligent library system available in the Library and Information Center, borrowing-lending processes could be easily completed by our users and the returned books have been disinfected and placed accordingly.
The Library and Information Center is a barrier free library. It provides user oriented service.The library constantly improves its archive by providing information and documents (books, periodicals, e-books, online databases, DVD-VCD etc.) required by the faculties, institutes and colleges.

Standing out with its vibrant campus life and social facilities, Maltepe University offers a vivid environment for social and academic activities. Our students actively participate in university life with clubs that appeal to different interests, from aviation to traditional Turkish arts, chess, theater, architecture, and nature.
Years spent at university are the most beautiful and most important times when individuals achieve the chance to realize their dreams. In this regard, our university provides its students with the environment and opportunities in which they can improve themselves outside class in line with their interests and abilities or acquire new ones.

In Marmara Education Village, there is a total of 13 sports facilities for different sports branches. Football fields in line with UEFA standards, open-closed basketball and volleyball fields, open-closed tennis courts, open-closed swimming pools, walking tracks, dance, fitness and gym centers, our university offers a lot of opportunities in sports.
At the beginning of every academic year, students are selected for various sports branches, and teams are formed in line with the demands of our students. Our athletes who represent the university in contests, organized by the University Sports Federation of Turkey, achieve high-ranking degrees. Moreover, tournaments within faculties / colleges are organized in various sports branches on campus regularly.
Additionally, our campus has facilities for badminton hall, ice skating rink, gymnasium, mini golf course, fitness, squash, dance and ballet.

Marmara Education Village hosts many artistic and cultural activities such as concerts, exhibitions, theaters, dance performances and talks throughout the year. Including 8,000-seated Marmara Open Air Theater, known to be one of the largest open-air amphitheaters in Istanbul, Süha Arın Conference Hall and Vedat Çakırca Conference Hall, our campus hosts distinguished names of pop, rock and alternative music genres every May.
Witnessing intense participation of students every year, Spring Festivals accommodate various activities ranging from concerts to dance, interviews and theater. Serving with 9000 m2 closed studio space and hundreds of acres of outdoor plateau, Maltepe University Plateaus are among the largest plateau centers in Turkey and Europe. Our plateaus host famous film and television productions every year.
National and international exhibitions that display the works of famous artists and students of the Faculty of Fine Arts are held in the Cultural Center Foyer Area and Mehmet Özen Art Gallery.

Marmara Education Village Student Houses where life is nested in nature provides an advantage with its proximity to academic buildings and offers all to make young people feel healthy, dynamic and efficient in one place.
Marmara Education Village Student Houses offer accommodation opportunity in the home comfort and make sure that all the needs of our students are met. Additionally, our Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit provides support to all students who stay in houses.
In the middle of nature, among the pine forests, our dormitories that are built in line with the earthquake regulations meet the accommodation needs of our students; offer a healthy, comfortable and peaceful life opportunity, where permanent friendships are established, solidarity and sharing are learned.
Each of our dormitories, each of which consists of three floors, has two opposite apartments on each floor, and two rooms next to one another with its own bathroom, located in the middle section. The apartments have four rooms with their own bathroom and a shared kitchen section.
Our dorms offer 24-hour security service, 24-hour hot water, heating system, bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, bed, wardrobe, whatnot, coat rack, private desk, unlimited Wi-fi, intercom, shared section (desk-chair set), refrigerator and a kitchen unit.

Providing a healthy and safe education environment is vital for a successful education.
With regards to this objective, our university offers health services in its Health Center with a doctor, a nurse and two health officers in Marmara Education Village.
Our center is also supported by the Maltepe University Medical Faculty Research and Education Hospital.

The Alumni Communication, Career and Research Center (MIKAM) prepares Maltepe University students for post-graduate business life at university with events and career counseling services.
Working closely with firms from the private sector and institutions such as İŞKUR, our center supports students at every stage of employment process with its expert advisory staff.
MIKAM brings students together with employees from different sectors and graduates through organizations such as interviews and company visits throughout the year, and supports students at every step of employment from CV preparations, job interviews, internship applications etc. by providing consultancy services in all aspects of business life.

The Services for Students with Special Needs has been established in order to support students with special needs throughout their campus and academic lives, and to provide an equal and accessible education opportunity to everyone. The main objectives of this unit are to facilitate the lives of disabled students and to find solutions to the problems they face. In addition to students with physical disabilities, students who experience disorders such as attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, epilepsy and diabetes can also benefit from the services of this unit.
Students with any disability that may adversely affect their academic and social life at our university can apply to the unit in person. In the unit, a specialist academician serves as the unit coordinator. Moreover, a Commission for the Disabled Students, consisting of academics and administrative staff, has been established to provide consultancy services in the planning and coordination of unit activities.
Teaching and physical accessibility have always been top priorities in the strategic planning of Maltepe University. Within this context, the unit and academic advisors of students with special needs work hand in hand to offer a better university life to each student.

Our university has 1 data processing center and 15 computer laboratories. These units are supported by 50 servers and 1500 computers with a network structure, and work for fast, smooth and reliable access of students to online resources.
Our students make all their course-related processes on MUBİS Student Information System. Each student can log in his or her MUBİS account with the provided username and password, access the most up-to-date course lists and exam grades, and add/drop courses.
Our distance education programs are conducted on Blackboard System. Students can take distance education by logging in to Blackboard that offers the opportunity to carry out all of the physical education and training activities such as lectures, submission of assignments, class participation and exams on an online platform.
