Aircraft Technologies

Given that the capacity of civil airline transportation will increase twice in the future, Aircraft Technologies Program aspires to constitute qualified human resource of the field. The program, which has been founded to meet the needs of the industry, aims to train qualified personnel for the needs of both manufacturing companies and maintenance-repair companies in the aviation industry by making agreements with aviation institutions.

Being authorized as SHY-147 Recognized School status in the categories of A1 (Turbine Aircraft), A2 (Piston Aircraft), A3 (Turbine Helicopter) by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Aircraft Technologies Program has added new (Modules; 1-2-3-5-6-8-9-10) credit facility rights in the categories of B1-B2-B3 to (A modules; 1-2-3-5-6-8-9-10 ve B module 4) credit facility right that it has in the A category as result of hard work. 

Students who have started or will start their studies as of 2019-2020 Academic Year at our university have exemption rights in categories of A and B. 

Aircraft Technologies Program is authorized as the Recognized School in categories of A1 Turbine Aircraft and A2 Piston Engines as part of SHY-147 by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Maltepe University has been the first university that has been authorized as Recognized School with the authorized certificate issued on April 25th, 2018.
