Civil Aviation Cabin Services

Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program aspires to train qualified cabin crew who are aware of their professional and ethical responsibilities, have effective communication skills, are active in teamwork, have leadership characteristics and management skills in the rapidly growing aviation industry with intense competition.

Practice courses are held in cabin crew mock-up room whereas the practice of Emergency Safety Rules class is held in Turkish Airlines Flight Training Center as part of the protocol signed with Turkish Airlines. 

Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program has been authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation to provide "Basic Training in Cabin Crew." With the authorization, our University has the "Approved Cabin Crew Initial Training Organization Authorization Certificate" and "Cabin Crew Initial Training Manual Approval Certificate." With the certification, the compliance of the program courses with the regulations of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency), IATA (International Air Transport Association) and DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) has been confirmed. 

Graduates of the program can serve as cabin crew in national and international airlines companies.
